- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I have never experienced such great customer service, kindness and just the greatest price on Auto Insurance ever. I never realized that all insurance is not the same. The ladies that work at this location take the time to explain every option and they have it all. They offer things with there auto insurance policy I have never been offered before and I have been licensed for 34 years, I received a $10,000 Life insurance policy that covers any death. I got coverage that pays me $125.00 a day for everyday I am in the hospital due to an automobile accident even if I am just riding with someone else and they wreck this is paid up to 365 days and they will even pay $1,000 toward any medical bill relegated to the automobile accident. Even with all the things I get with Direct I didn't have with my old insurance compant I still am paying less.
