  My dad was seen in the ED yesterday. Urgent Care sent him over to rule out a blood clot in his leg. He was taken back immediately. The doctor saw him right away and ran all the necessary tests. All staff was very professional and attentive during his short stay. Turns out he did not have a blood clot and left within the hour. Thank you Wilson Medical for treating my dad so quickly and efficiently!!

  My mom was sent for a "STAT" CT scan with doctor wanting report called in to her. We arrived at 11:23 and left at 4:15 - we were told they took appts first and she was a work-in. They took another "work in" within 5 minutes of arrival AFTER US!!! When we arrived, there was only person to register patients; went to lab - their person had to go to out patient surgery to draw blood so we had to wait again - then to radiology where there was only one other person waiting when we walked in but we still had to wait almost 4 hours for a STAT CT scan. Do they know what STAT means??? Other hospitals it means STAT goes BEFORE appts. They said the tech was in surgery doing a biopsy - really is there only one tech to do CT's???? I have never seen a hospital so unorganized and short staff! I would never recommend this place to anyone. Too bad you have to pick a star - it doesn't deserve any stars.
